The products sold on this website are non-refundable.

Return policy:

We do not accept any returns.

Exceptions:

Once you receive the package, please inspect the package, we can send you a replacement if the product packaging was broken.

What you need to do:

If the package was broken, you must first contact us by email info@yeast.nz or call +64 3 669 2019 within 3 calendar days. We will give you instruction for returning the product to our warehouse. Once the product is returned and confirmed by our warehouse, we will send you a replacement.
