Usage Guidelines:
- Recommended Dosage: 0.5 to 1.0 grams per liter
- Rehydration: Mix yeast with 5-10 times its volume in lukewarm water or diluted wort (1 part fermented wort to 2 parts water) at 22°C to 30°C. Allow to rest for 7 to 15 minutes, stir gently, then rest for another 10 to 15 minutes before pitching into the fermentor.
