Usage of flavour producing Active Dry Yeast
1. For solid seeding yeast; activate the yeast then inoculate into solid media. Dose:0.2%
2. For fermentation: active the yeast then mix with saccharifercus agent and ferment agent, inoculate into wine-making tank for fermentation. Dose: 0.2-0.4%
